Hello, I am doing the outland application and my husband is currently here but he is from the US. Is there a specific physician that we need to use here in Edmonton or will any panel physician in Edmonton suffice for a medical exam?

My stepson just went for his medical exam and I just wanted to know what happens with the paperwork? Does the doctor send it off for us? She gave my in-laws a piece of paper saying it was for her records but do we need that to send in with the papers or does the doctor office send it off for us?

Now he had his passport stamped back in September. We will be sending in the application next month but I should still get him to apply for an extension of a visit right?

We are not going to take any chances in coming and going. But we will do the outland application. He is from the US and at the same time he does not want to jeopardize our application or the fact that he will get denied at the border.

So if we apply outland would he be ok to still leave Canada? In most cases even though he is here would you more or less it's best to apply outland? I am just trying to grasp this concept lol! But I appreciate the help!
