Yes you can obtain that information. My cousin had to call hers in too. That's interesting because Telus has logs since I started with them. But you can and it took her a week or so to get them.

Re: Reply: option c printout LOL I agree but I actually asked the customer service rep why do they request an option C when really it's called something else. He told me it's because the screen they have to go to to print it is called option C lol! Silly!

I just wanted to know what the option c printout looks like? I received my papers from Canada Revenue but it doesn't say option c it says income tax return information - regular. Is this the right form?

Phew thats what I figured! Do you have suggestions for the outland app fandv? Like anything thay would help his app or anything I need to clarify that isnt really stated in CIC?
