If that is the agreement you have made with the provider, then yes, you can answer it as NO and claim extra points. But, have your agreement ready just in case they ask during the process later. I do not have any particular experience in this matter, just know of few people who did it that way.

I think this is a very good point. Prior to these changes, LMIA people were evenly distributed throughout the year, so there was somewhat predictable trends in cutoff. Students on the other hand, since they graduate during certain times, might cause sudden bursts when the scores gets pushed up.

At this point I'll be happy if there is a draw on 14th, forget about the cutoff.

My goodness. Mine changed to Submitted finally after 9 days!! Points have been updated too, so all seems good to go for Wednesday. Fingers crossed!

When profiles are stuck in processing update, there is no way to withdraw that profile.

Still "processing update" for me. Hasn't been resolved yet.

I'm curious to know how were you able to create a new profile. For us there is no button/option to withdraw/delete the current profile when it is stuck in processing update.

Mine is stuck in 'processing update' too. As it stands now, we can safely presume that there's not gonna be any draw this week. :( :(

I think it would be Feb, that is, the day you completed the degree.
