Degree end date!

I noticed that on my CIC profile my education details are empty although I entered them when I created my profile in June. Now, when I started entering the details, there is a section where I have to mention the end date of my course. The course that I did was a Master's program (Thesis based). Should I mention the date I received my course completion letter which was Feb 2014 (used this to apply for PGWP) or should I mention my convocation date which was June 2014?

I think it would be Feb, that is, the day you completed the degree.
