I just checked the passport and it says place of birth Santo Domingo, RD. So Santo Domingo is the city. I'm not his representative. I have a mycic account and we signed him up for one too.

We did medical and police certificates upfront. They sent us mail (Canada post) to let us know they received app and about SA approval and our file was transferred all in January. Am able to check Ecas since January 20. Hubby got letter saying to use mycic dated January 17 but still can't link.
