Different visa office and different type of visa cant be compared, hopefully soon we all have some good news, btw warsaw used to be the fastest VO before it sank in backlogs too..

i have a friend who is federal dec 2012, he sent his medicals in sep 2013 and it shows in process since 14 feb 2014, they were not on a holiday on valentine poor them, hopefully the previous process files since last year get done soon..

obviously security check not done before medical request to any recent file in Bucharest..

There is no fixed steps for a process, it may differ between VOs and between officers..

my CSQ is December 2011 which considered recent to other applicants.. but it is priority treatment by domain, I don't know if anything to do with that ignored remark by federal..

Probably depends when they received all required documents and or the medicals result..

I submitted medicals on 27 sep 2013 and it shows in process since 9 nov 2013

I received the confirmation mail, then 6 months later i received my diplomas back they were translated like they requested, and they told me to wait more for the final result..

I received confirmation letter by mail 2 months or so after i sent them the complete file.. Its around a year now and still not done =\

I applied to federal in December 2012 and my file was transferred to Bucharest as first VO, so 14 months passed, more than their average and still waiting for PPR

they hibernate at all VOs until the the weather in quebec get warmer..

I sent my file in april I received the confirmation mail in june

he is Bucharest VO, he didnt email first, he is 2011 federal applicant

a friend of mine told me today that he received an email from the embassy telling him to expect the visa within 60 days, is this a new strategy they follow to update us ? anyone received such an email ?

the order of nurses there requests the evaluation.. it is matter of one month training thats it, then i can work in my profession, no need for french exam because i am french educated
