I applied to CSQ in dec 2011 and ecas shows in process.. there is no guidelines they follow, they kind of working by the flow of files and nothing by order..

really not clear how they process their files load.. hopefully it is only ecas not updated, and soon all of us get the PPR

do you collect the passport the same day if submitted at the embassy ?

did you delay sending the required updates papers ? i received the medical email at the last week of September, i submitted medicals and sent the required updates the same week, ecas shows in process since 9 nov 2013

if you submitted your medicals after September it is normal to be still received, but soon it may become in process like many other applicants.. ''ecas is not always reliable''

do your ecas show decision made yet? if i only count on my consultant to tell me about the email, it may take a few more days to know about it..
