Hi Tp, Most likely there was a problem with the photo sizes. They don't necessarily write specifically what the problem is. If photo size is not right, then they see it as "no photo submitted". And they send you a generic message asking you to send the photos. Definitely send them the photos...

I am sorry to hear that, but don't worry, you can submit the application again in 2015. The applications submitted in 2014 and 2015 should be processed around the same time anyways. Just have everything ready to send in 11 months and hope and pray that they won't make such an unfortunate...

Hi Ninny, You definitely do NOT need to exit Canada if you would like to extend your stay through Super Visa as long as you satisfy the requirements, such as a one-year medical insurance. Good luck.

No, you cannot apply for Super Visa from within Canada. Yes, you can apply for extension of stay through the Super Visa program, however, if you want the entry visa that's being attached to the passport, your parents will need to apply for that in India, and not from within Canada.

You will need to put Ottawa. Mississauga is not a visa office. They just assess your sponsorship eligibility.

There have been cases in which Mississauga has transferred files to Ottawa even if the parents have never visited Canada. And there are cases in which parents were in Canada, but the files were transferred to the local visa office in their home countries. So, you never know.

You should choose CPC-Ottawa since your parents have lived here for more than a year. If your parents were back home, then you would need to choose your local visa office.
