Yeah but CIC doesn't bother to have a separate account for cec to which cost recovery is processed into. I have seen other people also say that it says FSW on their credit card statements even though they applied for CEC.

Sorry, I didn't mean that. What happened in your case is unexpected. They must have opened your application so early by mistake or something.

It is also very surprising that your credit card was charged so early. As of today, June applicants after June 19 still don't have their credit cards charged but your credit card was charged 9 days ago.

Someone who applied in February, 2011 also got additional doc request. Maybe you live far from Mississauga, and it takes a few extra days for the mail to reach you.

It's surprising that they already charged your credit card. No applicant since June 12 has had CC charge yet. Do you have spouse and child on your application? How old is the child if I may ask?

Why did you do 3 masters if you were under 22 at the time of application? You didn't need to do that at all.
