    I have a friend and the same thing was sent to his children. I guess it must be standard. It odd to me that they forward docs to minors ( his daughter is only 6) and it sat in the postal office in Jamaica for 4 mths before they even found out anything was there!

    I put my sponsor docs in with my stuff...... I was kind of confused to - but thats what I did and its been 5 mths, they havent sent it back to me, so it must be OK. As far as the others go, I would send what you have ( the receipts) with a note explaining that the forms will be forwarded.

    You wouldn't believe how long it takes to sort this out! Its a nightmare! SO far, they have yet to release my March, April and now May CCTB because of the calculation dates! I sent in the form immediately when I found out what happened....... that was March 21 and they are still dealing...
