DHL provides the evidence as well (the signed receipt by someone from receiving side). You can get it from DHL website by entering your tracking number. Secondly, WES takes 2 days to update the status after receiving documents.

WES requires all four: 1. SSC 2. HSC 3. Bachelors 4. Masters (if applicable) So far, I have submitted SSC documents to WES and today I got reply that they have accepted it and waiting for HSC / Bachelors / Masters documents. So, SSC is 100% required. Good Luck!

Yes Matric board gives the envelop OR arrange DHL courier service as well (in front of you). Later option is better as it's cost effective. Regular DHL charges were 5000 while due to Matric board, they charged 3,300 PKR and my sealed envelop reached to WES in 4 days.
