CIC will consider your work experience of 3 and half years (which I believe you mean 3 years and 6 months) as well your later work experience of 7 months provided it is in a profession/occupation designated as Skill level A, B or O. You can check this from the CIC website.

All the best.

Thanks.... I have same experience under NOC A .. as mechanical engineer .... Yes Its 3 years 6 month and then gap of 8 months then 7 months as mechanical engineer.... again now I will get marks for 4 years of work ex.. or for 3 years of work ex...

Did you send your application on May 1st or you app received on May 1st? If you belong to the latter category, we will look forward to your message on this forum pretty soon? :D

BTW, did you use DD or CC?

Hi, i have one question regarding to Statutory Declaration.
As my employer is not willing to provide letter with my job duties and responsibilities, i am planning to do Statutory Declaration from the colleague where i am working.
My question is that:
Do i need to mention the Salary? According to the company's policy, we can't disclose the salary with company staff. And if i mention the salary we may have some issue in future, so i am not planning to mention that part in SD.
So, would that be fine or is that compulsion to mention the salary?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Declaring salary is not mandatory. Provide your last 3 months salary slips and Company compensation documents from where the VO can verify the same.

Chill all the best :)

Hi Kollin

Regarding my Funds

Description Assets (CAD) Liabilities (CAD)
Bank Balance 16567.07
My PF 5068.62
Spouse's PF 6690.95
Unit Linked Insurance Policy 1479.55
Mutual Funds 1020.18
Total 30826.37

I couldn't infer from the CIC guidelines that whether real estate assets can be considered as Proof of Funds and liability. As evident below, I have a mortgage as a liability but I have 2 houses as well and couldn't show only as liability. If my application is successful, I am planning to sell both my properties and settle in Canada.

Description Assets Liabilities
House 1 88647.75
Mortgage of House 1 73188.24
House 2 44031.59
Total 132679.34 73188.24
Balance (Assets –Liabilities) 59491.10

Should i show house details as i heard in INdia they dont take it as asset but I should not end up showing only as liabilty ..I was not going to show these till yday but not i got confused after seeing new threads and i have shown property for NSNP prog for which I m not going to be nominated as i was too late.

Assets = 163,505.71
Liabilities = 73188.24
Settlement Fund = 30826.37

Work Exp..

Current Work EXP (2281) - Complete: Certificate Employment - Payslips - Contracts - 5yrs EXP
Previous WORK EXP (2173) - Contract - Certificate of Employment but no Job Details - 5 months EXP

Will my application get rejected due to lack of Job Duties on my previous Work Exp, but I am not claiming it.
I applied under NOC 2281.

Appreciate your inputs.

Thanks

last 3 months salary slips - is it required from all previous jobs OR only recent job?

Secondly, do we also need to submit Job Offer/Contract letter in application along with Experience/Reference Letter?

1) Only the recent one...the latest.better make it attested from HR team...signature and stamp if possible..I did the same2) Not attached to the reference letter but it should be part of the application which you are submitting.

Hi Seniors

My WES status is showing as

"Received Documents Awaiting Verification" The document was received and WES has requested further verification from the issuing institution. WES is waiting for the institution's response. WES reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the documents that it receives.

I checked with my college and they said they have not received any Query :-(
Is there anything I can do to expedite the assessment.

Anybody else in a similar situation ?

Regards,
Arjun Singh
