    Try to call CIC and ask them what have you missed? They will surely be able to assist you. Reapply again and provide a letter from your college that you have completed 2 years of study with them. If you have a job offer in the field you are working, attach that too..although it's not required...

    Contact a immigration lawyer/agent. If you have kept all copies of the application you have sent, take it with you and ask them. They may address something you haven't included or you have included something that they are unable to verify, such as financing letter or etc.
