Hubby picked his up in Kingston and they called him. You can track it however its not up to time on the website and they also don't say when it's arrived at the depot. This happened to my hubby. So yes they will call or he can call them and then pick it up

Is your file still in JA? If it is use DHL. If it's in Trinidad then use fedex.

Yes it is possible to apply Outland and be in Canada...however you can't let the border agents know you plan on "living here" you need to say that you are visiting. As mentioned above you can apply to extend your stay. Outland is WAY faster than inland so apply outland.
