It is a good think, currently there are too many applications in NDVO which is causing delay. So if your app is in Warsaw i think the chances are your process might be a bit faster.

You can request to change for the stamping from VO whilst sending the docs for MR. One of the member here got the mail to do the stamping from VO where he is right now.

Due to too many applications in NDVO many of the new files are being transferred to other Visa Offices yesterday there was a similar case. No need to worry, actually there are chances that your file might be processed a bit faster as that VO might not have a huge pile of files. Good luck and...
