Hi Everyone,

Visa office send me an e-mail in which they are asking for:

- Updated police certificate for your spouse from Russia
- Updated, original proof of funds
- Completion of the medical examination for yourself and your and dependents
- Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee for yourself and your spouse. The amount is $ 490 CAD per person.
- A copy of all pages of passport for yourself, your spouse and your accompanying dependent children if applicable

and they gave me 30 days to comply with this request.

The problem is that my passport was expired and I ordered new one and it may take about 20 days, also in Russia police certificate is beeing maid in 30 days.

What should I tell the if I am not ready by the time?
Where and how should I send them documents?

Take care,
Pavel

Generally it is 30 Days for MR and 45 days for the rest of the documents so confirm that time line

Write a letter and Email requesting the VO additional time to submitting the documents like the Russia PCC and Passport Bio pages of the new passport

ok thanks. Generally, how long does it take to enter the details into the system from the date of med exam?

For me it took 8 days. It may vary depending on the functioning of Panel Physician.

What is the best way to show POF at the time of port entry ?

1. Travel cheques
2. Travel Cards
3. Opening an account from India (in which we can put CAD and which can be later activated in Canada )

Please suggest .

Use the option 3. It will give you some amount of credit history even before you lad in the country. We would help.
