As observed, It remained in progress till getting CoPR for a lot of candidates.

You can scan all your documents as individual pdfs and can merge the pdfs online at www.pdfmerge.com Its really easy.

Each section should be a single file. You can not upload multiple pdf files for one particular section.

I think 105 days is processing time for getting PR card and not CoPR. :)

Your best chance is to reappear for IELTS and score atleast 8 in listening and 7 in all other streams. Best of luck!!!

She'll get 8 or 9 points based on how her education is assessed. Based on what she scored in individual section in IELTS you'll get 12 to 20 points more.

Just want to mention that, you should definitely retake IELTS exam and try to secure 8 or more in listening and 7 or more in other sections, You'll cross 400 and will be eligible for provincial nomination.

If possible, try to get a PCC which doesn't mention particular address or dates. If police doesn't provide in above mentioned format and I guess you don't have any centralized authority like PSK in India who provides PCC which is not time/geography bound. You need to get PCC from all cities...
