It appears that outlanders, FSW and PNPs are being processed at a much faster pace. CIC is putting priority on those on the outside.

Mark I never expected this to happen so quick :o Maybe CIC officers read this forum and decided to make a joke :)

Congrats to Russian, Gego2 and others who got PPR! That's really quick guys, celebrate your success. Best wishes for the others!

Congratulations to @aquafame, @Gego2 and @Russian!

@aquafame, @Russian - did you have a PNP / previous Canadian experience? The processing happened quite fast for you.

I have just recieved a request to attend an interview at the beginning of March. As weel as lots of other documents which i have i also have a request for:

Please provide additional documentation relating to your previous charges
in the UK. You must bring this information to your interview.

Basically i was convicted of DUI in 1998. I ststed this in my schedule a and in my letter of explanation. My PCC came back clear (no live trace).

What additional information can i provide, i have no idea?

Any help?

I had no previous canadian experience. The reason for quick processing is that I applied alone. They did not need so much time to check the background.

Are you sure about this? So married people and families tend to take longer?
I have just 1 wife :)

Bro it's just my assumption but it seems to be logic. The CIC has to check only one person instead of two. That's the only possible explanation for such quick processing.

Hey! I had no experience in Canada, but I was nominated! and I am going with my spouse
I was really surprised to get the PPR so fast, we were waiting for some moves in my Cic account at least in April.
Success to everyone!
