If you are applying under SPP , it is mandiatory that you have to submit GIC ( $10000) to support your living expenses . It doesn't matters whom you gonna stay with and you didn't need to sumit any additional documents unless you got any additional document request . Hope that helps :)

Tution fee reciept and Gic certifiacte is enough for your SPP application. You only have to mention your available funds and didnt need to provide any additonal document like loan letter or bank statment until requested by CIC . Hope that heps Smiley
