How you know that the process is paused by CIC ? If they want any additional document , you will get notified by a letter / call or MY CIC ( online ) and same will happen if they want an interview . And i don't think embassy pauses anyone's file without any specific reason as it can effect...

Changing program is ok ... but you can still inform cic about the change by calling them... If you put the information right and it's not coming up . You should call to CIC directly.

You should explain in your SOP why you didnt go for higher secondary and did a diploma. How it is more useful for you ? How the course you have choosen can help you achieve your goals ? Hope that helps :)

Humber is one of the reputed colleges here in Canada . You can't compare colleges in any ways but as far as i know about college , it's a very good college with a lot of oppurtunities after study.

If you mean PGWP . No you can't

It can take around 2 months . But sometimes they issue in 14-20 days .

Even i don't know how but still they sometimes issue a 3 years PGWP to students who took 1 year program and completed it in 2 years due to failing some courses . And sometimes student getting 2 diploma's of 1 years but in relevant fields . I have seen and experianced both of these cases . So ...

I have seen alot of people who got their PGWP refusals and more than normal PGWP waiting in Niagara college due to there online courses ( i don't know exactly what it is ) . You should go for a university as you have good grades . If no then i will advice you to choose a good college...
