So here begins the second week since I got the second update on the ecas. Tension levels getting to a point that if I don't receive my MR soon I will probably fail it due to high blood pressure from being forced into being patient. When they look at your application they will cross reference your new app with your old app so hopefully the old Ecas status is part of this.

Am I right in assuming that because of the verdict going against Ottawa we can basically assume that priority will be taken away from MI1-3 and they will focus on getting the ancient applications processed?

I don't have a consultant. This lawyer works for my boss and advises him on anything legal. He knows his temper and should have done his research before making me look like a liar. In my eyes he has drawn first blood.

Thanks Mr Engineer for your comments on the MI3 process. Got a call from my bosses lawyer last night and was trying to explain to me the process of PR. Turns out the dumb c#@t was telling me the process of a temp work permit rather than that of PR. He couldn't even tell me the difference...
