    Gotcha, yeah we did it all together hence using both lists. But as you said, it is best to have a nice divided application between the sponsor and applicant.

Ask how many photos you require (mine was 4 but Ive read different for other locations), take photos and Appendix C along, pee in a pot, blood test, weight, eyesight, chest...

    Ok so the medical is referenced here and it routes you to the Western Europe bit but Appendix C isn't there http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/publications/dmp-handbook/section-11.asp That checklist is just for immigrant. I made sure both checklists were covered.
