URGENT:/Courses which can help me to get PR

Sorry buddy, can't help you there. I'm not applying for a Master's programme, so don't know a whole lot about those. As far as I've heard there's no such thing as "cheap" Master's in Canada. All Master's programs are expensive.

    pr in canada

There are no guarantees in life. At any stage. However, once you're nominated, there isn't a quota system where only some nominees get PR. If you're nominated, it's almost a certainty that you'll get PR.

Refused admission to Canada or any other country

The people at the port of entry have the right to deny you entry even if you have a valid visa. Applying for a visa is NOT applying for admission; you apply for admission at the port of entry USING your visa.

It seems like you and your wife already qualify for permanent residence based on your current qualifications. There's no need for Canadian education. Have you heard of FSW category?

Can poor academic performance affect renewing a study permit?

The whole point of a study permit is to make sure a student is genuine and that his/her sole intention is to study in Canada. Your Fall transcripts are clearly going to demonstrate otherwise; this is a difficult case. You need to provide a very convincing reason why your GPA was as low as 0.66...
