Don't you have access to your GC account? If no, probably yeah, ask your agent. Actually, the same thing happened with us as well. We never got the medical request for SOWP, but the medical was done for PR application. And the same was automatically updated in SOWP application as "In review"...

Yup, They've used the same medical. It should show "Passed" in your SOWP application now.

Yeah, Most probably, your wife's file is in Chandigarh. I did the same mistake of applying online and they sent the file to chandigarh considering our residential address. Should've applied in-person at Delhi instead. And technically, since your wife is in India, but you made an application...

We thought of doing the same thing. But again, Who knows if its close to completion, since we've waited so long already. Its been 7 months now.
