Hi can someone please tell me how to handle Q3 coming to Canada section:date and place of your most recent entry to canada.
it doesnt allow me to leave blank or to put back the original entry date. there is no other entry since original entry to Canada

I've applied for SOWP on Feb 3 at Chandigarh, Online application, no update yet apart from Medical passed.

I have applied again but with explanation for a reconsideration possibly it will take same time as b4. i havent got confirmation of submission yet but they shld send it today. I feel so disappointed already. my expectations are 0 already. Hows ur application going? any update?

M in same situation as urs,, I hv given up too,, not keeping any hopes,, jss getting blank mails frm CIC every month stating dt no updates,, thnxx fr keeping patience n blah blah,,

So,, dts it,, my application is stuck somewhere,,

Your MP should do a follow up regarding that. How long is ur spouses visa valid? you might want to contact the legal aid office in the area or province where ur spouse resides. They do offer free advice regarding your situation if they cant represent you.

My insists that i shld not give up and try so im only trying for her. I'm now looking at some stable option for life here only. anyway i wish u all the best and to every1 who is going thru this.

Well,, V r in the same boat jss dt I applied a month prior to u,, Frankly telling, I have given up!! Its my husband whuz pursuing it further,, v r waiting for GCMS notes,, another 1 week dts it,, aftr dt he vl go to MP,,

Then, we also think to withdraw d application n apply for visitor visa but unfortunately it vl also b processed in Chandigarh only,, again vl have to deal with dem,, It's juss dt therez lot goin on in my mind,, n m nt able to come upto any conclusion,, We can wait only fr nw as nuthin is in our hand,, They donot even reply to any mails n is completely showing their INDIFFERENT ATTITUDE towards SOWP applicants.

U tell how r U planning to tk it to further level!!!

Yea my husband is in touch vd MP,, He only suggested to wait fr 1 more week n dn they vl take further action!! His visa is valid till 2018,,
Tell me more abt Legal aid,, vl pass dt to my husband,,
