Since last night (about 14 hours ago) I haven't been able to login to mycic. When I click the "Continue to GCKey" button, it waits for clegc-gckey.gc.ca for a while and then quits (chrome says "err_empty_response"). Firefox can't get through either. Am I the only one facing this problem?

CIC does not release any information about draw dates. They simply publish the results when a draw is done.

If I recall correctly, you get max points if you prove a total of 3 years. But don't rely on me on this one, check CIC site to know for sure how many years of work you need to get maximum points. So, how long each job lasted is what matters here. The more, the better.
