I have a question? How can you get certified as a Alberta/other provinces nurse RN/LPN if you take the course get your diploma but didnt take the NCLEX exam.? What if the couple is in the US. And the wife (principal applicant) is a green card holder and the husaband from a different country but overstay visitors visa of 6 months. Can the wife apply and put the husband as a dependent. CAn they both migrate from the US to canada.

Has anyone ever applied for PNP, work permit or federal skill worker from the US and take their spouse (who has overstayed visitor visa in the US) with them. I need to hear your experience???? Which programme did you apply for ?

If you are out of status in the US ( due to overstay of visitor's visa) is there any programme or category that you can apply for to immigrate to cananda. Example ( skilled worker).
