Thanks so much for the info. What if one of the school i attended is now closed? i have the certficate from that school but not the transcript. i just did couple subjects there. should i still put that on the application or should leave it off since i cant retrieve the transcript from the...

Are those points referring to individual or together with spouse? How many points is needed? what if one of the schools u went to is now closed ,,, what to do about original transcript?

So are you saying that with the aeo, the person can apply for permanent residency even though that job is not in the noc29 jobs? also if an employer applies for your residency how long do u have to stay with that employer? will they revoke it if u get another job etc?
