Who is the principle applicant, then that is where the application goes. If your spouse has status in the US (was admitted for a year) then if he is the principle applicant then it goes to Buffalo as well.jmelano said:My husband is Mexican. I am American. We would like to apply for Canadian immigration very soon, but don't know if there are any special forms to fill out, and which country to submit the forms to. Please help???
What do you want to know? If you are together in the same country, the application is processed by the visa office where the principal applicant is resident or was admitted for 1 year. If the spouses are in separate countries then the application is processed the same. It would be up to the principal applicant to obtain the spouse's passport from his/her country of residence and submit it to the processing office.ladylhyn03 said:Yes, I want also to know if how you immigrate if your spouse is a citizen of a different country? Even if I don't have already husband, I want to know how?
