How do you immigrate if your spouse if a citizen of a different country?

My husband is Mexican. I am American. We would like to apply for Canadian immigration very soon, but don't know if there are any special forms to fill out, and which country to submit the forms to. Please help???

Who is the principle applicant, then that is where the application goes. If your spouse has status in the US (was admitted for a year) then if he is the principle applicant then it goes to Buffalo as well.

All the forms are at www.cic.gc.ca skilled worker. Take the assessment to see if you qualify.

Yes, I want also to know if how you immigrate if your spouse is a citizen of a different country? Even if I don't have already husband, I want to know how?

What do you want to know? If you are together in the same country, the application is processed by the visa office where the principal applicant is resident or was admitted for 1 year. If the spouses are in separate countries then the application is processed the same. It would be up to the principal applicant to obtain the spouse's passport from his/her country of residence and submit it to the processing office.

What if the couple is in the US. And the wife (principal applicant) is a green card holder and the husaband from a different country but overstay visitors visa of 6 months. Can the wife apply and put the husband as a dependent. CAn they both migrate from the US to canada.

Hi im nette,how about if my husband is a permanent resident in rome italy and i am currently in Live in care giver program,can i sponsor my husband to go here? How many months is the processing?how much will i have to pay? They said under lcp not much requirements like photos bills etc,is this for real?thanks
