Random is the correct answer I guess! Clearly, they transfer because of enormous workload at buffalo but there does not appear to be any criterion on which file gets transferred.

Hello guys! I am too expecting second AOR from Buffalo before new year. December will be the 6th month after my full documents were sent so, hoping to get AOR this month or before Christmas by latest- fingures crossed! Goodluck to everyone and keep posted ! Regards.

initial fees for children below 18 is $150 CAD not $550. RPRF fees for adults is 450 but for babies this is free of cost to my knowledge! Good luck!
