I received 2nd AOR today my email ( Nov 2)
My full docs were recieved on Jun 7th.
Finally Cheesy
It took almost 5 months.

I am too expecting second AOR from Buffalo before new year. December will be the 6th month after my full documents were sent so, hoping to get AOR this month or before Christmas by latest- fingures crossed!

Dear Applicant:
This is to advise you that your application for permanent residence has been received at the Canadian Consulate General in Buffalo, New York and that a file has been created for you. Your file number appears above. Please note that this file number is different from the one that was assigned to you by the Case Processing Centre in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. You must quote this new file number in any future correspondence.
Before your application can be placed in processing, a determination will be made as to whether or not you are eligible for processing. If your application is not eligible for processing, you will receive a letter informing you of the reasons for the decision as well as a refund.

My response was also the same- is this second AOR? I got exact e-mail today and it was like 3-4 weeks earlier than I was expecting!
