We are going for passport stamping to buffalo on next Thursday and land the same day. Besides passports and 2 photos for each person, what else do I need to take ? Do the border people need extra photos ? What other documents are important ? I will drive into Canada from buffalo border. Thanks,

I think you should be receiving the PPR anytime now. Email in a month sounds like a good plan if you are not in too much rush, if that was the case I would just inquire now.

Re: PPR I did my medicals in advance in July 2011 so may be that is not relevant. It took 1 week after very recently submitting my FBI clearance. Good luck !

Thanks - no thats not rude. But in terms of timeline after FBI I thought it would be the same in all catagories.

I got my FBI clearance today in exactly 3 weeks and 5 days from the day they received it. Not sure if I was just lucky this time or this is the usual time these days.
