Why is the forum so dead?? no events ?? i have one to share... i went to buffalo to get a re-entry visa as I am planning to go back home for a few days for vacation and it was a breeze.. they gave the visa within 1 hour or so.. wish PR visa would be given similarly too...... one question though...

Today my eCAS changed to 'In Process' and that is 9 days BEFORE my BFD date... absolutely impossible to predict the way CHC Buffalo work !!

Got CAIPS notes today- BFD May 25. No points calculation yet. But yes, it looks like they have already done Canadian police clearance (RCMP) themselves and appears to be CLEAR. It also says in some pages "paper files sent to PA" don't know what that means??? Does anybody know? did you have that...

Congratulations to all who got 'in process' yesterday. Looks like 'in process' timing depends on date of file transfer from CIO to buffalo and not the date of second AOR- just a speculation looking at the trend.

you may get medicals or other docs request before CAIPS if not, you'll at least get an updated bfd in your caips.
