She is already in Canada and her work permit is about to expire. PR takes about 2 years to process from the country she's from.

I would apply for one after the business exists and French and English would be a requirement since it would be based in quebec but I also need someone who speaks her native language as I will be dealing with hospitals in her native country who likely don't speak English or French! Anyone else?
