No news is good news! That means your application is complete and they do not need anything additional. I had no updates on my account for 2 months and then PPR.

The CIC never contacted my employer but in the GCMS NOTES it said Employer verified and then the web address. It seemed like they just searched it and verified it.

A year is quite sometime if it was a few months I would suggest you to submit it. I submitted a reference letter dated in August and I applied in October. Explain to your supervisors that time is of the essence and you need the same letter just a new one.

I completely agree with No. 5 Once I had submitted my application, I started assisting and helping people that were going through the same process. It is excruciating and quite nerve wrecking, just have to stay calm and try to just think about the positive.

yes maplemadman is right, you do not need the second AOR for your BOWP. First AOR is fine, we all received ours that way.

Yes, the more information they have the better it is. TD bank provided me with one page showing my accounts and everything but I still submitted my last 6months bank statements. The ones that can be downloaded from your online account in pdf.
