You need to type in your UCI #. The number is right below the date the letter was dated. This is the sponsor's # not the applicant's. If that doesn't work then try within a week or so.

It's such a shame us legit people have to go prove our genuine marriage at appeal hearings while the frausters get in with ease. That's life! The good, honest people are always the ones to suffer.

You should provide more pictures taken in public at different locations. Try to avoid pictures taken indoors.

Mine charged me $3500 for ADR, and additional $3000 if case goes to full hearing. What a good way of making an innocent person go bankrupt i tell you. And then when you go bankrupt you cant sposnor anyone *sighs... Basically you work just to pay lawyer fees. God help us all.

I am appealing a visa rejection for my spouse overseas. My laywer is requesting affidavit from my family member that introduced me to my spouse. I dont think it will harm you, you are just providing proof of a genuine marriage. Hope that helps..
