hello friends,

who is to fill the additional dependent declaration form? I am working on sponsoring my wife and dont have any childrens or any other dependents. do I just avoid this form? Can you please let me know. Thank you!

Yes you avoid this form since you have no dependents.

You don't need to fill it out. Only those who are sponsoring a spouse PLUS dependents (non-Canadians) need to fill this out, and only if you have 5 or more dependents listed on the application.

However, you should either a) submit an appendix listing all the IMM forms that are not applicable to your case, or b) submit the actual IMM forms and put a diagonal line through the form and write NOT APPLICABLE.
