Resubmitting criminal checks and medical exams

Hello all,
My husband's file is about to go back into reprocessing after a successful appeal. We know that a criminal record check and the medical exam will have to be redone and resubmitted. Is it alright to send in the documents before being asked to do so?

No, i asked my lawyer the same question the other day. He said to wait until you are notified to do it!
