I have no clue what "Special Delivery". The first time I sent, I used ordinary post, it reached in 15 days. Thereafter, courrier, always 2-3 days.

My brother had a similar situation. He was in US trying to get a PCC for Qatar. He send all documents and when he got his pcc from qatar, he was actually asked to go for medicals. so just write to them and submit your proof that you requested anjd all that. I am sure they will understand.

Hi, I have no clue of the time frame for Tokyo. From UAE, it takes about 3-4 months and from delhi, I have heard stories fo 15 days. having said that, in this forum I have heard people saying time frames from 15 days to 11 months and 2 weeks.
