How do u know your case was in background check since 2007? maybe u applied in 2007 and then got the request for medicals. furthermore, as some one correctly said, the medicals are valid only for 1 year. you need to do them again once they request.

I do not know specifically about Brazil, but I am sure the safest way is to send it as Demand Draft in Canadian dollars. this way you dont have to worry about rate fluction and anything of that sort.

The CIC website clearly states the requirement is 67 points. How do you know the VO gave u only 65 points? Did you order CAIPS or did the VO actually tell you? and when you filed your application, did you not do a self assesment?
