Hi Cruiser, Neven said that his PR application was rejected after his CC was charged, not returned. So I am assuming that his paper were OK and he even got his AOR.

I guess its not a big problem.You can do it once you get your AOR. Just send a new form with all the details.

Ask any consultant, he will say OK and you are good to go. But, ask yourself if you are good to apply. Do some research and then make a call. For me MBA and Bookkeeping, just don't sync with each other.

This is the first time I heard an application being rejected based on the company's profile. This is very strange reason. It will be nice if you can copy the rejection letter here....

She can apply under CEC after she has 12 months work experience.She will be the primary applicant and you can be the dependent. But make sure you satisfy other criteria for CEC, but she can surely apply. Good Luck!!!!

The duration of education in Canada is not a criteria for CEC. What is important is that the applicant must have 12 months full time work experience in Canada legally. For students, the Work experience must be obtained on PGWP.
