Re Medical and need some documentation filled, and then On entry you get more questions also. and they may ask you to get some bank account open, ID created before applying PR card. more issues.

It depend on your Medical date. Medical is valid for 1 year. so your first entry is required to be in 1 year from your medical. so if you get Visa after 8 months of your medical done, you get only 2 months to enter. But normally people get Visa in 3 to 4 months from Medical, so it is presume...
