Re: ILETS Result Expiry During Case Processing I applied on June 6 and application received on June 9. My IELTS result expired on June 15. I got PER on Oct 15. your IELTS should be valid on submission date. same with PCC inqueries, your PCCs should be valid on submission dates. So do not worry...

5 Years is the PR visa length. 3 year stay require for Citizenship and 2 year stay require for renew of PR.

Thanks Vijay, But I noticed its hard to get and take long time if you are not citizen or Green Card holder. I remember I applied for my parents they have Green Card their report came in 5 days. and we used channeler. Sad I need to apply to FBI straight and it will take more time...hmmm.. no worries.
