I have received MR and PCC submission request this morning. will update SS shortly.
Time Line:

Application Date: 9 June 2014
Credit Card charged: 26 September
PER Received Date: 15 October
MR received: 18 November

office Ottawa.

DD encashment takes more time as comparison to CC. So I do not think that 1st is rejected.

Lets hope they start soon. My guess is they should start in around 10 days time.

If your UCI says the application received on 25th july then it means your 2nd application is through in the process. Might be the 1st application is rejected OR still not processed yet. Anyway you need to withdraw one application if you got two PERs. Up to me you have saved some money if 1st one was rejected.
