You can ask your job offer to your manger or owner. If you want to prove your working experience, it's best way to get a job offer, reference letter and record of employment. If you work for money, not intend to apply immigration, u dont need a job offer.

There is no problem.. once, you applied pgwp when you have valid study permit. After you appplied pgwp, you can work and stay in Canada. It is implied status at that moment.

You can go both.. if you wish. I studied food & nutrition Acutally, I studied many things... like biochemistry, organic chemistry, physical chemistry, enviroment science, food science, chemical lab... etc... If you want to study longer, go for diploma..

You can change your school. Some colleges in Ontario, they still accept students for sept.2015 intake.

Please, explain more. I mean, when I ask to other ineternational students, they said that everyone must take 2 years course or one year(certificate) + one year (certificate) = it will lead to 2years pgwp or 3 years pgwp(it depends on immigration officer). I hope, your information is not...

I am not sure for the case... It's better to look for a job asap.. For skilled jobs in Canada, it's almost impossible to get a job without experience.. Most skilled job require 2-3 years experience... Good luck.

10 month is quite short experience. If you wish, you can make 2 years working experience and improve your Ielts which is no less 6. Or you can ask to other people for different solution. :)
