It depends on your education background and nationality. If you have never received English education, and you are not able to speak in English. You can study ESL without study permit for 6 months. However, if you want to study more than 6 months, you need a study permit. Good luck.

Ur study permit will be cancel if u don't study more than 90 days. Also, u must give a notice to CIC when u change ur college, otherwise, ur visa will cancel, too.

Fanshawe is not very good college.. I also thinking the college, but I applied St.Clair college. Every city has benefits as well as drawbacks .. Fanshawe college... is located in london, but there are not many jobs and the tuition is quite expensive as compared to other college.

U of W... I searched the city, but the city is quite small and no jobs at all. I am not sure about Newbrunswick... If I were u, no matter what the tuition fee is, I would like to choose a better city where there are many jobs ....
