Hello Everyone,
I am applying to Canadian colleges and universities for a diploma program and I came across a very interesting point.
I came to know that not all colleges grant PGWPP (Post graduate work permit). This is very interesting because, many international students are not aware if their college qualifies under Canadian rule to grant them PGWPP.
Many colleges also lie and give you misleading information about their PGWPP qualification. So please make sure before applying that upon graduation you qualify to receive a work permit.
In my case, I am in talks with Keyin College in Newfoundland. I have applied to 2 of their campuses and both of their answer differs regarding PGWPP.
One says that currently their graduates do not qualify for PGWPP and they are working to make this available in coming months.
While the other campus says that, " I’m not aware of any reason that Keyin graduates would not qualify- we do have a registered DLI number".
I don't understand what to do in this circumstances. If any of you have some experience in this matter, please help.
Thanks,
