Anyone who's gotten a PT from Ontario without a job offer? I realize that it's not mandatory, but it makes sense someone with an offer to be picked first.

You can ask your job offer to your manger or owner. If you want to prove your working experience, it's best way to get a job offer, reference letter and record of employment.

If you work for money, not intend to apply immigration, u dont need a job offer.
