Century brother, This is not true. CA is considered 3 years Bachelor degree by WES.

CA equivalent will be Bachelors 3 year. But dont worry. B.Com is considered Bachelors 4 year. Dont ask me why they give more weightage to B.Com. They are crazy people and I am equally surprised as you.
