Could you try both? Stay in one for a week and then another for a week, visit the employment agency offices in each and see which you prefer? It is really difficult to decide otherwise as its such a personal decision, and sometime you just get a feel for a place, if you know what I mean.

Yes, pay WES now, but your transcripts have to be sent to WES by your university, you cannot send them yourself. When my husband and I had ours assessed by WES we had to send a photocopy of our certificates to WES ourselves, and then get our universities to send the transcripts to WES directly...

That is the trouble, they will not even provide it in writing that they will not provide the financial profile, certificates etc. I have tried everything, official complaints, letters but still they will not. :(
